Doona Authorized Repair Center
In 2025 The Pump Station & Nurtury was chosen by Doona to become a Doona Authorized Repair Center. As an authorized repair center, we have been approved to inspect, repair, or replace parts on Doona products using approved procedures and genuine replacement parts.
As an authorized repair center we can:
- Perform repairs using manufacturer-approved parts.
- Handle warranty-related repairs when applicable.
- Ensure the product continues to meet Doona's safety requirements.

They will review your service request and your unique warranty situation and provide options. Once they review your request, they will let you know what services are authorized under your warranty. They will provide an approval letter that you can email to us at SantaMonica@PumpStation.com . We will then work with you to setup an appointment for your repair.
If your services are not covered we can still work with you to get the repair done for a reasonable fee.
