As an LA mom or Santa Monica mom, it feels like you need to become an expert on everything from diaper rash and first aid to brain development and vaccinations, among other things.  Parenthood can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.  Mommy & Me classes by The Pump Station are led by trained educators including licensed psychotherapists, who will help you to:

• Learn how babies mature emotionally, cognitively, socially & physically
• Gain confidence in your new role as a parent
• Learn to adjust to the joys and challenges of parenting
• Learn to use mindfulness, communication, connection and respect to raise secure, independent and empathetic human beings
  
• Make new friends - build your village while you learn and have fun!
