Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Please note after your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take one day to process your order. If you place your order after 3pm Pacific Time, your order will not be processed until the following day. Your order will be shipped after it is processed not necessarily from the date it is placed. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service. The Pump Station & Nurtury does not hold responsibility for packages that state as delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state as delivered.

If your order has multiple items and one(some) of them are out of stock, we will go ahead and cancel those item(s) and ship the rest of your order.

Returns & Replacements

We take great pride in the products our class leaders and buyers curate for our stores, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from The Pump Station & Nurtury®. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it easy to get exactly what you want.

All returns may be made in our stores or via mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your receipt or packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a receipt or packing slip shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). These store credits will be issued at the current selling price and shall be in the form of a Pump Station store credit or gift card. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at any of our store locations. We cannot accept gift cards online at this time, but hope to soon. If you'd like to order via a gift card/store credit from the website, please call our warehouse (323) 469-5300.

Return Policy Exceptions
All personalized, special-order, and sale item purchases are final. All breast pumps and pump accessories are also final, due to health and hygiene concerns. We will not accept breast pumps or pump accessories that are returned in opened, unsealed and not in the original packaging, or if the serial numbers on returned item(s) do not match what was sold. No refunds or store credits are available on any of these purchases. Please be aware that The Pump Station reserves the right to refuse any return, if they do not meet our return requirements.
For mail-in returns:

  1. Repack the item in its original box.
  2. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  3. Complete the Return/Exchange information form and include it (or a photocopy) with the item(s) you are returning.
  4. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. The Pump Station cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please email us at to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within two business days. Class Cancellations & Transfers
The Pump Station reserves the right to cancel a class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant may choose either a full refund or credit toward another class.

Refunds or credits are not issued for classes not attended, with no notice. Parent & Me Classes require 1 week notice from the start of the first group meeting.

The Pump Station credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
In cases of medical emergencies, a refund or credit will be issued for the remaining balance of class fees when you present a medical certificate or physician's letter.

Instructions for Cancellations & Transfers:

  2. Let them know you need to cancel or transfer your class registration. Be prepared to provide:
    • Your name
    • Order Number
    • The class or event title and date & time
    • Credit card information (for paid registrations)
  3. CLASSES: To receive a full refund for a paid class, you must cancel your registration 72 hours or more BEFORE the class start time.

    PLAY GROUPS/PARENT & ME: To receive a full refund for a paid Parent & Me Group, you must cancel your registration 1 week or more BEFORE the start of the first group meeting.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All web sales and coupon or discount codes are valid for online use only. While supplies last. Quantities limited. No rain checks or special orders. Cannot be used with other promotions, or sales. Shipping fees may apply if all items in order are eligible. Offers may end at any time without prior notice. The Pump Station shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the customer.

Products & Services Availability, Errors or Inaccuracies
The Pump Station's acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. We make a conscientious effort to describe and display our products and services accurately on the Site. Despite these efforts, a small number of items on the Site may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Site and in our advertising on other sites. As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our shipping procedures, we verify the availability and the price before an item is shipped. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we will do our best to contact you via phone or email before shipping. If we cannot reach you within 5 business days your order will be cancelled and we will notify you of such cancellation via email.

Click on the My Account link at the very top of the page and login, if you haven't already. Once logged in, you can view recent orders from the MY DASHBOARD page.
Updating Account Information
Click on the My Account link at the very top of the page and login, if you haven't already. Once logged in you can view orders and update information from the MY DASHBOARD page. While on MY DASHBOARD, from the left-hand side menu select Account Information to change your email or password. Select Address Book to change or add a shipping or billing address.
