With so many conflicting opinions on sleep from books, professionals, family and friends, it can be overwhelming for parents to choose the best sleep approach for their family. We all know that sleep is important for your infant's growth and development, but while sleep itself is a natural process, developing healthy sleep habits is a learned skill. This gentle workshop is designed for parents of newborns to help them start to put good sleep habits into practice so that as their baby grows and develops, he or she will have the tools for healthy sleep.
