Please log in before your appointment time (we do provide a 5 minute grace period) by clicking on the “Live Chat” at the bottom right of this page. Provide the email address that you used to book the appointment and the 6 digit “Consultant Code” which is to the right of your consultant’s name on your email confirmation, and answer the intake questions.
