Free Drop-In Mommy & Me Classes at Calabasas Pediatrics Wellness Center!

Free Drop-In Mommy & Me Classes at Calabasas Pediatrics Wellness Center!

Have you heard? Our beloved Mommy & Me Program is coming to Calabasas!

Starting this August we are facilitating our popular Mommy & Me Groups at the Calabasas Pediatrics Wellness Center founded by the renowned child health expert, pediatrician and best selling author Dr. Tanya Altmann. We are SO delighted to be spreading our wings and expanding our program!  In order to introduce ourselves to this wonderful new community, we are offering FREE drop-in Mommy & Me Groups to moms with babies of any age on Tuesdays at 11am from August 13th through September 3rd.

Having a baby is a time of celebration, but it is also a time of BIG transitions as you navigate your way through motherhood. We can't stress enough how important it is to have a community that offers new moms a safe space and judgement free zone to gather every week where they can discuss and process their shared experiences.

Maybe you have questions, questions like:

“Am I even doing this parenting thing right?”

“What are some great ways to play and really connect with my baby?”

“Help, I really NEED to get my baby on a sleep schedule!”

“I'm pretty sure I want to strangle my partner, is that normal?”

“When and how do I introduce solids?”

“Am I the only one feeling insane right now, no, okay great? So how can I feel NOT insane?”

Based on a mindful and conscious parenting philosophy, our focus is on parenting with reflection, respect and connection. We delve into new topics each week, but we always include time for developmental play and answering any questions you as a new mom might have! We want you to leave feeling confident and supported in your new role as a parent. And, as babies grow, so does our curriculum, with new activities added to each session to help promote your baby’s development!

So join us! Build your village! We’ve created a fun environment for both you and your baby to learn and grow! Enjoy the feeling of building relationships with other new moms in your community, all while your baby is making new friends and enjoying their first social experience too! While this is a drop in group we do encourage pre-registration so that we can make sure to have the appropriate number of supplies, toys, chairs, etc.. Registration is available above or on our Mommy & Me Calabasas Page

If you are already familiar with or program and would like to go ahead and register for  our 8 Week 1st or 2nd time Mommy Group Starting Sept 10th you can simply click on the "Sign Up" button and register below. We will continue to add groups as more moms express interest and we have a better understanding of the needs of your community!
