CLASS DESCRIPTION:
The first year of your baby's life is an exciting and challenging time. This mommy and me group is a place to learn, ask questions, and honestly discuss the day-to-day of raising your baby as well and the significant changes your life is undergoing. Topics will include feeing, sleep, emotional development, separation anxiety and more.
INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHY:
Heather Turgeon, MFT is a licensed psychotherapist. She received her BA in psychology from Cornell University and her MA in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. In addition to her clinical training, she ran parenting groups for the City of LA. Most importantly, she is the mom of a very active toddler.
