Prepare for Multiples SM
Preparing for Multiples is designed to assist expecting parents successfully navigate through the unique experience of being a parent of multiples. This comprehensive workshop will cover topics such as the feeding, products and services, sleep learning, individuation and resource materials. We will discuss the effectiveness and benefits of the simultaneous schedule for your multiple's bedtime, feedings and nap time. Our goal is to provide you with tips and tricks we found to be invaluable throughout the first year and to create an open and caring environment to discuss individual needs and build new relationships.

Amanda Wishner obtained her B.A. in Human Development with a specialization in Early Childhood Education at Pacific Oaks College. Amanda holds a California State Teaching Credential from Chapman University and spent 10 years teaching Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten. Although her studies were extensive, the real learning came from her fraternal twins Owen and Sophia! "Raising multiples is such a unique learning experience. I feel strongly that I am now a member of a secret society! As a parent of multiples, I am passionate about helping new families navigate their way through the first year with confidence, joy and a plan!"
Mary Donlevy obtained her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Psychology at University of San Diego. She went on to work in the medical sales profession as territory manager and sales trainer for 12 years. She is the mother of four children, the last two being a set of identical twin girls. Mary's experience with her twins was such a positive one, she hopes to guide parents with practical and helpful advice through this amazing time with newborn multiples.
