Parents of children 1yr - adolescence
Parents struggle making sure their children eat a wide enough variety of foods, often transforming mealtimes into stressful negotiations. This seminar will provide families with the foundational knowledge of how and why picky eating begins. But most importantly, Dr. Lesack will offer concrete, step-by-step instructions about how to increase healthy eating behaviors in the home. As a vegetarian mother of three vegetarian children, she shares her professional and personal experience to help all children eat a healthy variety of foods at home
